Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted if the package is intact and unopened at the time of delivery.

  • If the package is broken, damaged, or tampered with after delivery, we cannot accept a return.

  • Once the item is received and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for your convenience.

  • Customers must check and confirm the package at the time of delivery before accepting it.

  • After confirmation, no returns or exchanges will be entertained.
