We guarantee that all products sold on Blush by Rash are authentic and directly sourced from authorized distributors and suppliers. However, product packaging and availability may vary slightly depending on international stock changes.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available online payment options at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Promotional offers and discounts are valid only during their specified time period and cannot be combined.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location, usually within 3–7 working days across Sri Lanka.

  • Delays may occur due to courier logistics or external factors beyond our control.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, Blush by Rash is not responsible for shipping delays or handling issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

At Blush by Rash, all sales are final.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and the package is intact at the time of delivery.

  • Broken, opened, or tampered packages cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Customers must check and confirm the package before accepting it when using Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Once accepted, no exchanges or returns will be processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • After verification, our team will assist with a suitable resolution (subject to approval).

  • Claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.

While we make every effort to display product details accurately, colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Product ingredients and formulations are based on manufacturer details; Blush by Rash is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Always perform a patch test before use.
